Completes a Kibeti deposit or withdrawal (self-transfer) with the caller’s wallet PIN. Both legs settle immediately - there is no OTP step, since the money never leaves the user’s own wallets. Send-money transfers do not use this endpoint; they confirm through Confirm Kibeti Send Money (Request OTP) and Verify Kibeti Send Money OTP.
