Verify Kibeti Send Money OTP

Step 2: verifies the OTP from Confirm Kibeti Send Money (Request OTP), locks the funds and leaves the transfer PROCESSING until Choice’s settlement webhook arrives. Delegates to the same logic as POST /transactions/confirm/otp.
