Deposit To Kibeti (From Personal)

Moves money from the caller’s own Personal wallet into their Kibeti wallet. Both wallets are resolved from the current user, so destinationWalletId is not needed (and is ignored). Creates an INITIATED transaction with no fee - finish it with Confirm Kibeti Self-Transfer using the wallet PIN. Response timestamp is yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss in EAT.
