Opt Out Of Kibeti

Deactivates the caller’s Kibeti wallet (status becomes INACTIVE) after checking their wallet PIN. The wallet must be ACTIVE and have a zero balance - move any funds out first with Withdraw From Kibeti (To Personal) under Transactions > Kibeti. The wallet is kept, not deleted, so Opt In To Kibeti reactivates it. Sends a best-effort SMS on success.
