Sends money from the caller’s Kibeti wallet to another user’s Kibeti wallet. destinationWalletId must be a Kibeti (PERSONAL_BUSINESS) wallet id. Kibeti has no Choice account of its own, so this is a real cross-account movement: confirm it with Confirm Kibeti Send Money (Request OTP), then Verify Kibeti Send Money OTP - the same Choice-call-then-OTP pipeline as a P2P transfer.
